William Norman (aged 17) guilty of breaking into the dwelling house of Edmund Oland in the parish of Exford on 15^th August 1785; and stealing therefrom a pound of butter and other goods (valued at 2/2), the goods of Edward Oland; and a pair of breeches and other goods (valued at 10/2) and a silver half croen piece - the property and money of John Hooper.
